Terms and Conditions

Bookings may be made in person daily between 9.00am & 5.00pm or by telephone between 9.00am & 1.00pm. Payment must be made in full at time of booking for all lessons. Refunds are not given.
VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Electron and Solo cards are accepted over the counter or by telephone. Bankers cards must be presented with cheques.

Bookings may be transferred to an alternative date provided that notice is given by noon on the previous day.If appropriate notice is not given, cancellation will occur without transfer. N.B. A booking may not be transferred more than once.

Bookings for weekend lessons close at 1.00pm on Fridays. We will endeavour to contact those on a waiting list should any cancellations occur.

We reserve the right to change an instructor if necessary. In every circumstance we will endeavour to notify clients of such changes.

Sets of 5 lesson vouchers are available at a reduced rate and may be used for group or ½ hour private beginner sessions. Normal transfer arrangements apply.

10 week terms of group lessons start at set dates 5 times a year, and are available at a reduced rate. Sessions booked by 10 week term are strictly non-transferable once booked. Bookings may be made over the counter or by telephone.

Prices for 10 Week Terms can be found under ‘prices’. Advantages of booking a 10 week term are that you receive 10 lessons for the price of 9 and can guarantee a place in a group lesson for the duration.

Riders on their own horse receive a 20% discount on group and private tuition.

A Senior Instructor is BHSII, BHSI or above.
