Our staff pride themselves in the provenance of all the food sold & indeed our sausages, pies and quiches are made by hand to Wellington family recipes. Traditional cuts of Hereford beef, lamb, pork and poultry are available daily from the butchery counter, however any additional boning or preparation can be carried out immediately.
